Buying a ball python:
The ball pythons listed on this website are the ball pythons we produce here at Infinite Scales. The ball pythons must be shipped Fedex Overnight per Fedex’s regulations on shipping live reptiles.
Fedex approved packaging and U.S. required labels are included in the shipping price.
Before shipping your reptile we will contact you to make sure you are prepared for its arrival.
We will never ship your reptile over the weekend or in extreme weather conditions.
In order to ensure safe arrival of your ball python we will check for weather of our shipping location(Southern California) and the arrival location(your shipping address) before shipping.
Our policy
All animals are in good health, correctly sexed and eating the appropriately sized food item at the time of listing. Every attempt will be made to represent the animal as accurately as possible. We also accept Paypal and Zelle as other forms of payment. If there are any problems with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival. If your animal is DOA, you must notify us within TWO HOURS upon receiving your animal.

Animals will be shipped Monday – Wednesday via FedEx for next day delivery. Animals will not be shipped if temperatures are not within 40 – 90° F. If temperatures are above or below those parameters we may consider shipping to your nearest FedEx hub for pickup. We will not put the animal’s health at risk. The health & well-being of our animals are our highest priority.
We ship in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs as needed. All shipments will be weather permitting and subject to change as weather conditions change.
US ONLY
Local pickup can be arranged if within a 50 mile radius of Rosamond, CA.
Animals are not considered sold until payment is received in full. Payment must be received in full before shipment or delivery of any animals. Animals can be placed on hold upon receipt of a non-refundable 25% deposit with a mutually acceptable payment plan. Deposits are transferable to another animal.
Here are the guidelines we follow for weather conditions:
Below 38°F: Don’t ship. Wait for warmer weather.
38-69°F: Ship with heat pack
70-91°F: Ship with no heat pack
92-100°F: Ship to a “FedEx Ship Center” facility (NOT a FedEx Office, Pak Mail, Mail Boxes Etc. or other satellite/franchise location). Your shipment will arrive early in the morning and be kept inside until the recipient picks it up.
Or ship to the address of your choice with a cold pack.
Over 100°F: Wait for cooler weather to ship
The safety of your reptile is our #1 priority.
We do not guarantee live arrival of your reptile, but we will take every precaution to make sure they arrive safely in comfortable conditions.
Reptile Packaging
Your ball python will arrive in a ventilated box labeled as a live animal. The box is insulated with foam boards on all 6 sides. The reptile will be in a tied, cloth bag and cushioned with polyester filling.

All graphic gear is made on demand so once your order is placed it begins processing. If you need to make a change on an order that has already been submitted contact us right away.
There is no guarantee the change can be made, but we will try our best to satisfy your order correctly.
